In the rare event that a project overrun occurs due to an underestimation of the work scope on our part, we guarantee to absorb the additional costs and continue working diligently on the project until completion. Furthermore, we will provide a 15% refund as a gesture of goodwill.

The terms and conditions of the “On-Time Guarantee” (referred to as “The Guarantee”) are between “The Tech Dept LTD” (referred to as “we”) and “The Client” (referred to as “you”).

We will communicate our reason(s) for rejecting an application of The Guarantee to a project at the earliest possible opportunity and before we are in receipt of any project funds.
A project may not qualify for this guarantee if expectations around successful delivery are deemed as unreasonable or non-viable. This may include, but is not limited to scenarios where misalignment exists between the following:
- Time provided to complete the project
- Scope and complexity of work requested
- Available project funding
- Specific results or impact(s) of our project on business performance

- You acknowledge that any modifications or additions to the project scope, beyond the agreed specifications, may be subject to additional charges. Where you request a change to the scope of work, we reserve the right to reassess and amend the project timeline and costs accordingly. The Guarantee shall not cover work arising from unauthorised scope expansion that you initiate.

- You agree to provide timely decisions, approvals, and necessary information as required by, and outlined in, the project timeline. Any delays attributable to you may result in the suspension of The Guarantee. We will not be liable for project overruns resulting from non-compliance with these timelines. You will always be informed in writing that you are at risk of having The Guarantee suspended. You will receive this communication with time to act, making it possible to avoid suspension.

- Documentation Discrepancies:
- You are responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are clearly documented and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Any challenges or disputes related to discrepancies in the initial documentation shall not be covered by The Guarantee. We will provide regular updates and documentation to ensure alignment with the project scope, and that any discrepancies can be identified and resolved as early as possible to minimise the chance of unexpected delays and costs arising.
