The Story So Far

Problems We Had To Solve

  1. The client had a Digital Transformation plan but didn’t have the internal resource to carry it out
  2. The client had their annual awards approaching - some of the tech was critical to this and needed finishing urgently
  3. The overall design and user requirements were still evolving
  4. They had a close knit internal team and needed someone to fit in with this without slowing things down

The Plan

  1. Run our North Star Workshop to understand the long as well as short term vision for the product and how the immediate projects fit in with this
  2. Creation of a project plan and division of tasks to allow us to work seamlessly alongside the internal teams
  3. Deliver work in sprints allowing flexibility around changing requirements and avoiding progress being blocked by external tasks
  4. Continue revising and updating the plan to support the internal team and respond to user feedback

We needed skilled technical expertise and strategic capabilities to help us deliver a number of complex digital projects. We engaged TTD as our “Plug-In Tech Team”, it worked really well. Their devs, strategists and PM joined our internal team and achieved successful delivery across all projects. They’re a brilliant team and we feel lucky to be working with them.

What We Did

  1. Created a holistic product roadmap to be delivered in collaboration with the D&AD internal team
  2. Worked in sprints of activity to deliver the urgent items on the roadmap - closely integrated with their internal team
  3. Delivered the core product and then began planning the next phase as per the roadmap
  4. Continued to shape the roadmap with regular strategic reviews - as well as day to day development
